Helping Maryland’s
Youth RISE

Empowering the Next Generation With Tools for Ownership and Opportunity

Real Transformation

We Rise youth work with program mentors to gain financial literacy and independence while learning about the intricacies and processes of real estate investing and community development.

Rebuilding Communities by
Rebuilding Lives

Through Mentorship, Financial Acumen and Economic Empowerment

The mission of We Rise is to empower youth with the knowledge, skills, and mentorship needed to achieve financial independence and long-term success. By teaching principles of budgeting, savings, and capital accumulation through multiple income streams—including hands-on experience in real estate development and community rehabilitation—We Rise strengthens both individual lives and entire neighborhoods. Through this dual investment in youth and community, we cultivate future leaders and contribute to the sustainable transformation of Baltimore’s inner-city neighborhoods.

Change takes purpose. Our purpose is progress—every day.

Our partners

We Rise can’t do this work alone. Creating lasting change for Maryland’s youth and neighborhoods requires a powerful coalition of partners—corporations, foundations, agencies, and community-minded sponsors. We invite you to join a growing list of organizations already committed to empowering justice-involved youth and revitalizing neighborhoods through mentorship, workforce development, and business management.

Take a look at who’s already invested—and ask yourself: How can we be part of this transformational change?

Together, we can build something that lasts.
